What We Offer

Open Studio Hours: Saturdays 12-4 and by appointment. Work on your own projects, flip through the zine library, or just come say hello and see what we’re up to. $5- 10 suggested donation if using space or materials.

Workshops: We offer a wide range of workshops in the printmaking and bookmaking arts. See our Store page for upcoming workshops!

Printing and Photocopying: We have the capacity to color print in small quantity (up to 100 copies) on up to 11×17 paper. Please reach out with your printing needs and we will see if we can accommodate.

Private Workshops & Community Rentals: We offer a flexible, creative space for small group gatherings rooted in arts, culture, and community. Whether you're interested in hosting a private printmaking session, having a private workshop, or organizing a film screening or craft circle that is not a public event, our space is available to rent for aligned programming.

We do not operate as a general party venue, but we welcome celebrations that center art and connection. 

Private Hourly Rental (unguided use): $25-$75/hour (sliding scale). Includes tables, chairs, bathroom access, and some materials if applicable.

Private Printing Workshops (facilitated by collective members): $350–$500 (sliding scale). Designed for groups of 6–8 people. Includes materials, instruction, set-up, and co-promotion if desired.

This doesn’t cover all the opportunities the space has potential for, if you have an inquiry for something that might be in between these options (kids block printing, guided card making, etc) reach out, we’d love to make it work!

Public Events: We are committed to offering cultural events and programming out of the space. Whenever possible, we prioritize events that are open to the public and are free of charge/donation based. These include but are not limited to: Book discussions, lectures, educational gatherings, film screenings, craft circles, book clubs, writing groups, skill-shares, art builds and community meetings. We welcome collaborative public events and are excited to connect with members of our community who want to co-host events at our space.

We prioritize

• Projects rooted in care, collaboration, and cultural awareness

• Respectful, non-commercial use of the space

• Events that do not reproduce harm, exclusion, or exploitation

Membership: We are accepting new members on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interested in becoming a member of the shop, the best thing to do is reach out! Let us know your experience level and what you’re interested in working on.

Zine Library: Our growing library consists of zines that have been kicking around since the 90’s and some that have been made more recently. We also have a large collection of books, spanning topics from printing reference, politics, fiction and DIY building!

Custom Letterpress/Block Printing Projects: We are available to work with you on custom letterpress and block printing projects! Ideal projects are: posters, flyers, event ephemera, poetry broadsides, small book projects. Be in touch about your project and we can come up with an estimate.

Accessibility

The first floor of the shop, where the printing equipment is located, is wheelchair accessible. Access to the second-floor zine library is only available via stairs. There is handicap-accessible parking directly in front of the shop.
