Plants & Prints is a community-centered series of herbal medicine making workshops hosted at Hard-Pressed and facilitated by Seedfolk Herbs and Cuneiform Press. The workshops will provide accessible, hands-on education in folk herbal medicine and printmaking to foster community care, creative expression, and health sovereignty.

By combining printmaking with the practice of herbal medicine making, we aim to:

•  Grow local medicine making and printmaking skills

•  Support intergenerational learning

•  Empower participants to care for themselves and their communities

•  Use print as a medium to share recipes, zines, and health resources

The Fire Cider workshop will include:

•  A short lesson on the herbs

•  Hands-on medicine making

•  Print/design activity

•  Take-home remedies and ephemera
